This beautiful soul and his sister Leonida are siblings living with their sole guardian and grandmother, Consolata Kweyu. Their mother passed away five years ago from an epileptic accident. She drowned and died in a river leaving behind a two months old Victor.  Their father on the other hand, disowned them due to their mother’s condition.

Consolata takes care of seven grandchildren in total with no dependable source of income.

Victor is five and soon to join kindergarten while Leonida is nine years and in third grade.
