Our number of wells dug keeps growing and currently a seventh well is on course and should be completed soon!
As a blessing to Lydia and Elizabeth’s community (sisters in our sponsorship program), the well will quench thirsts and solve numerous water problems and risks in the vast community that solely depends on running water from a wide river traversing the valleys of the village.
The river is well known to flood during the rainy seasons and is even named after its devouring dangers such as sweeping away of bridges, and deaths courtesy of people (mostly children) drowning in it.
The well is a boost to our water provision venture and the communities we touch and much more a dream come true to the inhabitants of the communities who have for a long time been searching for an alternative source of clean safe water for drinking and other consumptions.
The well is located at Lydia and Elizabeth’s home, a strategic location and easily accessed by the villagers.
